Charkas - Balance & Harmony Workshop - August, 2010
(Workshop is based on 3day-workshop - Friday night/Saturday) Regain balance in your life by understanding your energetic centers and learn techniques for keeping a healthy system. Studying your chakras each workshop and learning how to clear your energy centers through soft karate techniques).
The Essence of Spiritual Baths - Herbal Baths & Protection - August,2010 (This workshop requires that you bring bathing clothing and hiking shoes. This is a one-day workshop - aprox 6 hours. Included in this workshop you will learn through meditation and a soft karate technique how to balance and ground yourselves).
Empowering yourselves as Women -October, 2010
The aim of "Empowering yourselves as Women" is to help you find ways of re-discovering that powerful being that resides within you. Including some soft karate techniques to help you build your energy and stay healthy!
